Shipping fees

Many of our items are large, heavy and/or require special crates. For this reason, we charge a flat rate for shipping. You will only be charged for the most dearest item in your cart. 

Australia Post – small items

For items <5kg and <1m in length, we ship with Australia Post with the following flat rates + 10% tax:

• $15 – for items <1kg
• $20 – for items 1-3kg
• $25 – for items 3-5kg

StarTrack – larger items

For items <5kg and/or <1m in length, we ship with StarTrack with the following flat rates + 10% tax:

• $30 – for all Poles.
• $35 – General items over 5kg.
• $50 – for most Awnings.
• $80 – Standard Size Kits.
• $100 – Medium Size Kits.
• $125 – Large Size Kits.
• $150 – Extra Large Kits.

Shipping times

We do our best to get your items shipped fast. Please note that all shipping times are estimates provided to us by our delivery partners.

• Australia Post – 7 business days + 3 day processing time.
• StarTrack – 7-14 business days + 3 day processing time.

Tracking your order

A receipt will be sent to your email address immediately after purchase. Your order will then be dispatched as soon as possible. When dispatched you will receive an email from Australia Post/StarTrack with your order tracking details which will confirm expected delivery time.

Shipping location

We are a proudly Australian owned and based company. Our head office is based in Pakenham, Victoria – all items are sent from here.

Do you ship international?

Currently, we only offer shipping to Australia. This includes all states of Australia. We do not offer shipping outside of Australia.
